✔️ Freshly ground Obsidian Coffee (Medium-fine)
✔️ Moka Pot
✔️ Kettle
✔️ Scale


Brew Specs

Ratio: Fill basket level with coffee, water below valve
Water Temp: Preheat water
Brew Time: 5-10 minutes


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Fill
Pre-heated water just below valve. Coffee basket filled level, not tamped.

2. Assemble
Tighten the top. Handle carefully—it’s hot.

3. Brew
Medium heat. Lid open. Watch for the steady flow to start.

4. Remove Early
When brewing sounds shift to bubbling, remove from heat.

5. Cool & Serve
Rinse bottom chamber under cold water to stop extraction.
