Cold Brew is patience rewarded. Smooth, mellow, and easy-going. Steep long, drink slow. Perfect over ice—or however you endure heat.
What You'll Need
✔️ Freshly ground Obsidian Coffee (Coarse)
✔️ Jar or Cold Brew Maker
✔️ Filter
✔️ Scale
Brew Specs
Ratio: 1:4 concentrate (250g coffee to 1L water)
Water Temp: Cold or room temp
Brew Time: 12-24 hours
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Add Grounds
250g coarse grind into container.
2. Add Water
1 liter cold or room temp water. Stir to saturate.
3. Steep
Cover. Let sit 12-24 hours. Counter or fridge both fine.
4. Filter
Strain through fine filter. Store concentrate sealed.
5. Serve
Dilute 1:1 with water, milk, or to taste.
